Concierge Customer Care

A single point of contact from first sketch to the day your guests walk in. Estimating, purchasing, order entry, logistics, and accounting — every touchpoint streamlined into one relationship. You make one call; we handle the rest.

Your concierge becomes an extension of the project — fluent in your specifications, your budget constraints, your timeline. They coordinate the in-house disciplines so you are never the one chasing a sample, an approval, or a shipping update across three vendors.

It is the model we built the company on. After three decades of work in healthcare and hospitality — industries where a missed deadline cascades into hundreds of empty rooms — we know responsiveness is the product as much as the textile.

What's included
  • Dedicated project manager
  • Estimating and quoting
  • Purchasing and order entry
  • Logistics and freight coordination
  • Accounting and invoicing
  • Punch-list resolution

Design

Our in-house studio develops custom color, weave, and pattern from concept through fabrication. Exact color-matching, original artwork, and photography rendered into fabric — engineered to exceed industry specification without sacrificing the visual ambition that brought you to a custom textile in the first place.

We work with brand teams, interior designers, and procurement directly. A design conversation becomes a proof, becomes a strike-off, becomes finished yardage on a loom — with the same studio guiding each step so the final product reads exactly the way it did on the boards.

The studio sources from our existing libraries when the brief calls for it. If you do not need bespoke, we can specify from thousands of in-stock options and still keep one project, one team.

What's included
  • Custom color matching
  • Pattern, weave, and texture development
  • Artwork and photography to textile
  • Strike-off and approval samples
  • CAD renderings and spec sheets
  • Library specification when bespoke is not required

Installation

When your products are ready, our licensed and insured in-house teams travel to your site to complete the install. We do not subcontract — every install is handled by Diamante employees, held to the same standard as the goods we ship from the factory.

That model exists because of what it prevents. Subcontracted installs are where projects unwind: damaged hardware, mis-spec'd brackets, missed punch-list items that no one feels accountable for. By keeping installation in-house, the same company that fabricated the treatments is the one putting them up — so when a shade hangs wrong, there is no debate about who fixes it.

Our crews carry the certifications and insurance to work on cruise ships at port, hospital wings during phased renovations, and luxury hotels mid-stay. We have installed in every U.S. state and on six continents.

What's included
  • Licensed, insured Diamante employees — no subcontractors
  • Site survey and field measure
  • Hardware and treatment installation
  • Phased install for occupied properties
  • Punch-list walk-through and sign-off
  • Travel-ready crews, domestic and international

Motorization

Fully automatic and wireless options across every roller shade we manufacture. Sleek hardware, silent motors, integration with the major smart-building protocols — motorized treatments that minimize maintenance for the operator while reading as a stand-out design feature in their own right.

We specify motorization the same way we specify fabric: matched to the room, the use case, and the people who will actually live with it. A guest-room shade behaves differently from a ballroom curtain wall; both can be controlled from the same app, but neither should call attention to itself.

Battery, hardwired, and solar-powered variants are all available. We coordinate the integration work alongside the AV and low-voltage trades on site, so by opening day every treatment behaves the way the design called for.

What's included
  • Wireless and hardwired motor systems
  • Battery, solar, and low-voltage power options
  • Integration with major smart-building systems
  • Group and scene programming
  • Matching hardware finishes
  • Serviceable, maintenance-friendly components
